MY SPARK START: May 18, 1:32 pm. This is the time to start...NOW!
My Goal: I will be working towards losing my 1st 10%.... a whopping 17 pounds. Goal to be complete by August 10.
I will be so glad when I have finally done the work and shed those 17 pounds. I will be wearing smaller clothes, and I will be holding my head a little bit higher every day. I will feel confident and in control. I will believe, more and more every day, that I have the power to make this happen! I CAN DO IT....and I will this time!
