    It’s been a tough couple of weeks. I had to give myself time to accept and then, to once again, get back on track. Today I seriously had to put myself first. My BP was 174. I decided to order an exercise bike, the spin type. It is coming Tuesday. I’m focusing on meditation videos of virtual tours such as Norway and England. I love water and greenery, especially since I live in a desert and miss it. My focus is on healthy. My motto around food: Don’t seek relief in the things that caused you misery! My commitment to the process will determine my progress! Wish me success. Thank you. ~ Sheri
