Journey to a Healthier Person
I've been overweight most of my life, and I've tried every diet out there...or it seems like it. I reached my heaviest on Christmas Day 2007. What an eye opener.
I had Lap-Band Surgery January 2009. I didn't loose as much as I thought I would, but, I still feel successful. I'm not 'back in the game' with my goals before me and a roadmap to reach them. I will ENJOY the journey to my destination!

Short-Term Goal: Toning 2 days per week.
Mid-Term Goal: 200-250 minutes Cardio per week.
Long-Term Goal-25 pounds lost by March 31, 2009
* Watch my caloric intake.
* Get at least 8 hours sleep each night.
* Be kind to my self when I 'slip'.
My Program:
I had Lap-Band surgery on 01/13/2009...so I've increased my protein and I've cut my portions quiet a bit!
