Introduction Text Hi, I'm Alan. I have type 2 diabetes since 2000. I am trying to loose weight to get my blood sugar under control. I have 4 sons. three grandchildren, two daughters-in-law, & 1 wife. I work at a snack food manufacturing plant. It is hard not sampling chips all day. Update: I came off my diabetes meds. Now I need to work on blood preasure.

I would like to loose weight to get my diabetes under control. I can't picture myself at 164 lbs. I haven't weighed that since about the 6th grade!!

I am trying to eat less. Exercise more.

I live in Corsicana, TX. I have lived here for over 30 years. I was born in Gary, IN.

I enjoy boating and swimming.
