Introduction Text Hey! I'm Amy and been sparking since 2007. I love SparkPeople and I met some really great inspiring friends here. Also some great Sparkteams. How that saying goes....same ole story different day? Well, I've lost thousands of pounds. It is just a shame its the same damn 10 to 20 pounds over and over again. Oh well here goes again.......... OMG! I have some awesome weightloss news: Y'all something finally clicked in my brain! I started this new journey of weight lost March 2, 2020 and as of today 7/22/20 I am down 49.4 pounds. Woohoo! Hip! Hip! Hoorah! It really is a mindset thing. Energy flows where attention goes. Trust the process! I have it all in sync now mind,nutrition and exercise.
