How that saying goes....same ole story different day?
Well, I've lost thousands of pounds. It is just a shame its the same damn 10 to 20 pounds over and over again. Oh well here goes again..........

OMG! I have some awesome weight loss news:

Y'all something finally clicked in my brain! I started this new journey of weight loss March 2, 2020 and as of today 10/21/2020 I am down 60 pounds. Woohoo! Hip! Hip! Hoorah!

It really is a mindset thing. Energy flows where attention goes. Trust the process!
I have it all in sync now mind, nutrition and exercise.

    Hey! How are ya!?!? I have to take a break b/c I got shin splints during Week 2!!! I found some exercises specifically for strengthening the lower I've added them into my lower body routine. Hopefully I can restart again soon! I miss it! In the meantime, I've been speedwalking & doing videos.
    Looks like you're doing great with your running! Way to go! Definitely keep me posted on your progress!

    Hey! Thanks for checking on me! I did it - and I was so freaking proud of myself. I jogged the whole time that I was supposed to, and even picked up the pace during that last minute. I really thought I was going to have a problem, but I did it.
