Introduction Text Hi my name is Angela. I have used SparkPeople extensively since 2008! It was the vehicle that got me on my journey to losing over 100 POUNDS! I will forever be grateful for this amazing service. My previous Spark name was Ang76h... My highest weight ever, while pregnant with my second child was 268 pounds. After she was born, I weighed around 255 pounds & that is when I found Spark People. At that point in my life I was so depressed & didn't think I would ever lose the weight. I had even thrown out all my "skinny" clothes. But thankfully I found Spark People & began to make small changes & the weight started coming off. The lowest weight I achieved while using Spark People is 155 pounds in October of 2010. Then I got pregnant with my 3rd child & took a Spark People break while I was pregnant. After the birth of my 3rd baby I weighed 195 pounds. I now would love to lose 25 pounds to reach my goal weight once again. It is so important for me to set a good example for my girls! My former SparkPeople account was ANG76H & it was accidentally deleted. I am recommitting to Spark & would love to invite everyone to re-friend me! We CAN do this!!!
