Introduction Text I''ve been on this rollercoaster long enough... Time to achieve what I believe I can do... I''m towards the end of my journey, but there''s still much to be done.. I started Sonography school in October of 2014.. I had initially planned to be in maintenance by the end of year but life HAPPENS!!! So my biggest reasons for getting healthy are my pride and joys...my kiddos... But started school on the health field gave me a new reason to strive to be my best... So I am today February 11,2015 recommitting to Spark to get my spark back.. I miss spark..just the site itself and all my Sparkilicious friends... I''M HERE..I''M BACK... AND I WILL FINISH WHAT I STARTED!!!

My short term goal is to be down 20lbs, 4 inches smaller in my waist or combo of both by my bday September 2nd, 2015 Mar. 12- waist= Apr. 12- waist= May 12- waist= June 12- waist= July 12- waist= Aug. 12- waist= Sep. o2- waist= By the end of 2015, I want to be 30lbs lighter or have a total of 5/6 inches off my waist. I love weight training so I know the numbers may not be there, but I want to see my body transform.

My plan is to do whatever workout programs I have time for but I really wanna get back into walking. Shakeology cleanse...3xtimes this year 10 glasses of water a day @ least 8 freggies a day ...

I moved back to Houston in November of 2011..moved back down from San Antonio..but I'm originally from Gonzales,Texas a small country town I'm here to both get and give support,encourage and help in anyway possible..we are all here to be and get healthier..
