Once upon a time my depression led me to fall off the wagon and I gained a bunch of weight...AGAIN. I have always been very short so the weight became very noticeable. Members of my family would say that I was "fluffy", this hurt me and made me feel even worse about myself. I gained all the weight from emotional eating and binging. Whenever I was feeling bored/depressed I'd go to the corner store and get a whole bunch of candy and chocolate then eat it ALL!

BUT NOW...It's time for me to get back into shape again, lose that icky weight I fit for summer!

I want to be fit and active, continue to eat healthy so I can lead a healthy, happy and full-filling life!

My goal is to feel healthy, confident and strong!

*I want to lose the weight I gained.

*I want to have more energy to do the things I love.

*I want to feel STRONG and fit!

*I want to feel good about myself.

My Goals:
* Stop bad binge eating habits.

* Exercise minimum 5 times a week.

* Drink 8 cups of water per day.

* Eat within my daily caloric ranges.

*Maintain goal weight

*Work on gaining muscle tone

My Program:
* Exercising 3 - 5 days a week.

*1,250 - 1,550 daily calorie intake.

* Lots of water, healthy food/snacks readily available

Personal Information:
I'm a very ambitious 26 year old female living in Beautiful British Columbia, Canada.

I love painting, reading, animals and camping! My favorite exercises are rollerblading and dancing!

However, my world pretty much revolves around music.
There isn't a single day that goes by where I don't listen to my beats!

I have a beautiful pure black Pomeranian with a bit of white/gray on his muzzle who's two years old. I absolutely adore him and he goes everywhere with me!
