I spend time every morning planning.
I review my goals weekly and plan for the next week.
I work on changing my behavior slowly.
Personal Information:
I'm 54 years old. I'm a Christian, mom of one son and two dogs, and a geek. I'm a big fan of Doctor Who, the Chicago Bears, Star Trek, Marvel movies, Lord of the Rings, and Fairy Tail. I'm a type-2 diabetic and have high blood pressure. I've been on SparkPeople for many years, but I am really working hard now to change my habits and become a healthier person.
