New Goals for New Year

Fitness Minutes: 17,433

My Goals:
Run a 28 minute 5K by the end of the year

Finish an Olympic distance, Open water triathlon in September 2016

Run an 8 minute mile by the end of the year


My Program:
 I am eating healthier and trying to maintain a sustainable 1200 -1500 daily calorie intake.

Follow my training plan!

Cross train two days a week by following SP Core, Lower and Upper workouts.


Personal Information:
I want to helps others be involved in their fitness goals as I have been. I would love for everyone to enjoy running as much as I do.

I am a mother of three!!
