Introduction Text My name is Angela. I am 46 years of age. Live in Georgia. Work in Tennessee. I am married. I have 4 children and 4 grandchildren with another grandchild on the way. I am an emotional eater. I eat when I'm bored. I'm a big portion eater. I find it hard to exercise on a consistent basis. I have been up and down on this rollercoaster. However I'm ready to be committed and dedicated to taking care of myself and live healthier. This is my time! I had a health scare a couple months ago. After blood work and tests. Everything is ok. My only problem currently is elevated blood pressure. And I know its due to my weight. So I'm ready. I'm ready to get started. I'm ready to meet friends along this journey. Friends who share the same goal of losing weight and being healthy. I'm ready put 100% effort into ME! It's no longer I desire or I need but now its a I want it and I'm gonna do it! Because I love me and I am worth it! Won't you join me?

1.) To become healthier and fit. To lose 126lbs. 2.)To get off my blood pressure medicine. 3.) To be able to cross my legs again! 4.)To bend over to tie my shoes without cutting off my breath! 5.) have more energy! to keep up with my grandchildren and to live life to the fullest!
