Introduction Text Since joining SP, I've learned that to be healthier, I've had to make healthier choices. By doing this, I've become a stronger, happier, more positive, more loving, (especially of myself) person, and I am proud of myself. Even with life's up and downs, I pray that God, and my friends who support me. I will be strong enough to get through whatever life throws my way. I'm thankful for SP, not only for what I've learned, but for the friends I've come to know and love since joining SP. 😊🌟💛🥰✨

Since joining SP, I've accomplished goals (goals I never thought were possible at that time in my life) I am eating healthier foods, being more active, getting more exercise, doing my best staying positive with less stress, Overall, I'm taking better care of myself, and living a healthier life, because no one can do it for me!!



I live NW MN and enjoy all 4 seasons! l enjoy biking, walking, working out, and try to remain active. I love working with flowers/plants(it's good therapy for me) spending time with friends, volunteering, rummage sales, thrift stores. I love football, and hockey. (MN VIKINGS & MN WILD!!) I LOVE to read...my favorite type of books are Inspirational, & Mysteries (James Patterson, Patricia Cornwell, John Sanford, Michael Connelly, Faye Kellerman just to name a few)
