Thanks for the goodie. You are very inspiring. I started Sparks last Sept. and I have only lost 33 pounds so far. But I feel that is pretty good for me. I am at least consistent. I have made some small changes in my eating habits but I mostly eat what ever I want just cut way down on my portions and I am trying to stay away from fast foods. When I started I could hardly walk. I am now doing much better as long as my feet don't hurt to bad. I would love to be your friend maybe we can encourage each other on our journey to be healthy and happier .

I am encouraged by your progress. I just started this week and one of my goals is to loose at least three dress sizes by my September. 2094 days ago
LINZEE118 so much for the goodie! I have a question? On your page you said you are trying to stay away from inflammatory foods. I deal with some arthritis of the knees. Can you let me know a little more about these foods to avoid? Linda 2094 days ago

I really appreciate the comment you left on my page. The fact you've been able to ditch the meds is proof that this lifestyle WORKS. That alone is an achievement to be proud of. (the weight loss comes as a very nice added bonus) After I was told by my doctor I was pre-diabetic, I started a whole food lifestyle. I only incorporated the 14 hour fast about 6 weeks ago after hearing Dr. Mercola speak on the benefits of intermittent fasting. And yes, lots of water. I start every morning with 4 glasses of water before anything else. Don't worry about what friends/family think. I don't and most of them think I'm kooky too. They can't understand how I can go 14 hours without eating or only eat salads and vegetables at the "all you can eat" buffets. Just keep going the way you have been. You're doing fantastic. 2094 days ago
