Project Me: Changing the Canvas In & Out


I am an activist and an artist. Partnered with that good stuff, I am also tired and cranky, feeling and looking OLD-- plus in constant pain from my joints because I have permitted myself to get so damn fat and sedimentary. I want to make a life change. I want to move my body and feel good in my skin. I pray today that God holds my hand in this journey to overcome the past and discover my own true greatness.

    Thank you for your messages! I got back from my US trip yesterday afternoon (the 22nd), so I guess you're already in Japan to visit your son. I flew into Osaka, so we probably arrived by different routes. But however you arrived, you know by now what a heck of a long flight that is!! My back is always killing me by the end of the journey.

    I hope you have a wonderful time in Japan with your son. I'm impressed with the JET program. My daughter, who went to a Japanese public high school, had a wonderful teacher in the JET program, as knowledgeable and well-prepared as could be. What a great experience your son must be having!

    Oh my goodness, Be! My husband was getting sicker over the summer and was in critical condition in hospital for a few weeks until the beginning of this month. He's good now, but your visit in October is already here and I hadn't noticed time has passed so quickly. It will be great to meet you. Let me know where your hotel is, and then we can have a meal together!
