Be 180 by August 1 I am ignoring the pain in my knees and want to exercise full kilt again. I need to drink 8 -10 cups of water a day. I will eat more vegetables and fruits. Work hard at staying positive.

I need to track every piece of food that goes in my mouth and sometimes even before it goes in. Go to the gym at three times a week. I am drinking about 8-10 cups of water a day. I would like to do strength training at least twice a week.
