I'm from Madison, TN and I'm trying to make myself lose some weight. My biggest problem is my love for ice cream!

I have 100 calorie & low fat in the house NOW! Maybe I've learned that I can reward myself this way.

My Goals:
I regularly exercise but my goal is to eat better and lose weight.

My Program:
 I go to the gym 3 X a week and use the equipment and free weights.


Personal Information:
I'm from TN. My name is Bonny. I retired after 40 years' work experience with the State of Tennessee and with the TN Legislature. I worked for awhile (after my retirement) at the Grand Ole Opry - that was a REAL trip! I was having too much fun and walked away! LOL

Other Information:
 I am a true Tennessee Titans' fan, a devoted ELVIS freak and an avid mystery book reader. I love to travel and am a beach bum wannabe! Just ask me if I want to "GO" (anywhere) and I'm packed and at the door.
