Belinda.......... back!! The fact that your here again says it all. YOU want to quit and that is the biggest part of it!!! Have you read the book by Alan Carr?? If you haven't please give it a try. You can find the link to his e-book under links on the team page! It's called The Easy Way...a lot of people swear this is what it took them to finally quit! I wish luck and please post and pledge your daily affirmation...NOPE, believe it or not it helps! Sandi 4067 days ago

Hey Bel!! Wow spring is upon us already! This week has been out of control crazy for me. Between the celebrating and the stressing out, I havn't found much time to spark. I wanted to stop by and wish you a happy Easter and/or a glorious Spring. Anything exciting planned now that its getting warm outside? 4380 days ago

Thank you for commenting on my message board. I have never been a smoker, but my boyfriend was for most of his life. He stopped about 18 months ago. He got laid off from his job and knew he wouldn't be able to afford it anymore (and he knew I would pay for a lot, but not his smoking habit...so he never asked). He went cold turkey and it wasn't easy. Food is my addiction. I just don't have control over it. When I want something, I just don't feel I can control myself. It isn't as bad as it used to be (I lost about 70 pounds last year). One of my SP friends said that she hasn't had ANY chocolate in over a year. I don't even like chocolate, but if I thought about not having it, I would probably want it even more. I really like your ideas of small rewards. I have seen that on some people pages. Things such as..."twenty pounds...get a massage" and "thirty pounds...get a new haircut". I will have to think about my own. I don't do stuff like that for me, but I would love to. Maybe that would be my excuse to spend some time/money/prioritize myself. Nice to meet you and good luck stopping smoking. If Brian (boyfriend) could do it, I truly believe that anyone can!
