need to loose 65 pounds...would like help with motivation

breakfast-eat 2 scramled eggs or bowl of cereal Lunch - salad with grilled chicken Dinner - salad wih grilled chicken go to fast food places for various salads but also starting to get a variety of low cal stuff



My athletic boyfriend is real good at motivating me and helping me not eat the wrong foods, but he won't go walking and stuff with me unless I start doing it first...he wants me to do everything by myself first thinking i will be doing it for myself and not for him , but he doesnt understand that this will take a lot longer, I need his push. So I joined this site to have help from others that are going through the same way of trying to loose weight and that its ok to start slowly first.
