My Road to a healthy me !


I'm a 55 year old female who needs to lose the weight for myself.
I've been fat most of my life and I want to be called average for the rest of it.
I'm disabled because of a stroke and bad knees.

My Goals:
MY goal is to be small enough to look good on the beach this summer. I will never be a thin thing I just don't want to be a fat person anymore.


My Program:
 My program is to stay within the calorie range that they give me on here. To do more workouts then they give me to do and add to it every week as I get more energy.
If I do this I will pay myself $1.00 a day to have some money to improve my clothes or things that will improve me in other ways like tanning !!


Personal Information:
I was born in Ohio, Sept. 1, 1951. I have the four kids who are not kids anymore. They have all grown up and have their own lives to live.
I do have my pets, three cats, one little bit of a dog, one ferret and a talking bird.
I'm somewhat retired and really should have the time to work on me. It is just hard getting the push to get up and get er done!
Anyone out here feel free to give me a push.
