"Journal and put your feelings on paper not your fork" Hello and welcome to my page. I started out here on SP weighing 210 lb in September 2011. I changed by eating habits by adding more fruits, vegetables, lean meat like chicken and fish. I am doing the Summer 5% challenge I have done the challenge in the past with success while I had fun doing healthy habits, exercising and eating right. Update: I lost 75% of my 5% weight loss on the Summer challenge and now going on to the Fall 5% challenge woohoo August 2020 down to 156 lb from 210 lb, long term goal 135 lb

My Goals:
I wear size 10 jeans and I want to wear size 8.

My Program:
I am doing the Every Other Day Diet by eating 500 calories every other day. I love fresh fruit and raw vegetables. I eat mainly chicken, whole grains and vegetables, with a little cheese.

I exercise by walking almost every where I go. I also am going to an exercise class once a month

Personal Information:
I live in Sacramento Ca with my hubby of 12+ years.

2015-Hubby is also working to lose weight and is helping me stay on track.

2017-after hubby's fall he lost weight while in care homes, he went from 230 to 177 at 6'2". He would only eat a few bites of the meals he was served and also got sick with C-Diff. On coming home, with the help of his VA doctor I got him over C-Diff and he started eating good home cooked meals. He has put back on some weight but is still thin.
