New Year - New Me


Hi ! I'm Susanne, a banking IT retiree from Switzerland. alot has changed for me in this last year (who can't say that) but I'm trying to find ways to keep active. The gyms and pools are open then closed then open then closed so a certain flexibility is required. Add to that my knee replacement surgery 5 weeks ago.

What I stick to regularly is walking - right now as much as possible. I still do physiotherapy and get to do some stationary biking while there which helps a lot. When ...

What I stick to regularly is walking - right now as much as possible. I still do physiotherapy and get to do some stationary biking while there which helps a lot. When the pools re-open, I will try to go for my aqua-biking once a week. Still have to work on getting rid of the sugar in my diet and tracking what I eat.
