5/16/2015- began the vegan lifestyle to see if it helps with sugar cravings

6/16/13 - gave up all artificial sweeteners and working on keeping sugar low too and eating 95% whole foods....I am a former Diet Coke and Yoplait junkie so it's tough!

3/23/13 - hit my ultimate goal of 116 yesterday - almost 4 months to the day I had my daughter - 29 lbs gone plus the 25 I had delivering her! Back to maintaining! I am amazed that I was able to lose that baby weight - hard work and good eating works! My maintenance range will be about 5 lbs....thanks for all the support!

12/2/12 - back on board as of 11/25/12 - have 29 lbs to lose to get back to where I was although I'd be happy with close to that.....I'm great at gaining during pregnancy - lol! Exercise is limited until 1/1/13 or until the Dr clears me from my c-section recovery! Baby and preschooler will be taking more of my exercise time too - will do my best and am excited to be back and hopefully checking in regularly again :)

100 lbs gone - from 216 (size 20) to 116(size 4) and so much more energy!! I am looking to maintain between 116-121 - keeping the exercise up 3-5 times a week for 60 minutes, and keeping the good eating habits I've had success with at least 90% of the time :)

This is what I wrote when I began this journey: Not happy with my current energy level and overall feeling of being unhealthy! looking for a lifestyle change that leads to weight loss for life! Began this journey to health for life August 6, 2010!

7/25/11 Made my 40% body weight loss goal - 85 lbs! Now onto the task of maintenance - where I'll need much more support! Another challenge :)

9/10/11 Gave up my diet coke addiction and other diet sodas. 13 years I had diet soda every SINGLE day except 1 (when I gave birth to my daughter). NO MORE CRUTCH! I can live healthy, be a healthy weight, exercise, and chose the right foods without a diet coke crutch to keep me in check! This is HUGE for me!!!

9/30/11 - met my final goal - 120 lbs!!! Will be happy to maintain here to 125 - size 20 to a size 4 in under 14 months! LOST 96 LBS! Are you kidding me??? I was never hungry!!! I feel in control of my weight and health for the first time in my life!

11/11/11 - four more lbs fell off with healthy eating and gaining muscle/toning - to make it an even 100 lbs lost!!!! No more to lose- now on to serious maintenance!!! THANK YOU EVERYONE!

2/25/12 month five of maintaining - it's not easy but it's worth it. It really is a LIFESTYLE! Attempting to go without diet soda for at least a year...we'll see :)

My Goals:
I'd like to feel healthy and happy for the rest of my life! I need to learn how to not only lose but maintain my weight loss. I'd love to fit back into my wedding dress and be able to maintain that for years to come!

Goal met 3/20/11 - wedding dress fits! 9 years and 2 kids later (and 59 lbs!!!)

Next goal - healthy BMI!
Goal met April 2011(67 lbs down from start!)

Final goal - 85 lbs down by 1 year mark - Aug 6 2011 GOAL MET 7/25/11!!! two weeks early! LOST 40% of my body weight in under a year!

My Program:
Eating healthy, drinking water like crazy, exercise 3 or more times a week.

Edited to add - 5 x a week yoga and strength training/cardio(bootcamps etc) as of Dec 2010.

    Hey Chris, alright, I'm getting ready....I just printed out the grocery list for my meal plan starting sunday. I didn't go to the gym this week, but I'm going to go back tomorrow. I have a job interview tomorrow morning too to waitress at Long horn, wish me luck! So I haven't put much in motion yet but I'm gearing up. Getting ready!

    Did you ask Hill about Wednesday yet?
