No weigh, Jose!


I"m starting over. I had breast cancer last year after two years battling depression. During that time I've gained a lot of weight. I'm healthy again, physically and mentally but got really discouraged by how my body metabolizes while taken Tamoxifen. I was warned weight gain and an inability to lose would be a likely effect. I gave up focusing on healthy eating when I wasn’t slimming down the way I was able to before. I’ve pretty much hit bottom physically and I need to restart self care.

Wife and mother of four living in Charleston, SC.

Other Information:
 I am in a wonderful family with my husband Darryl of 24 years, and our 4 children: Catherine 21, Tiffany 19, Jackson 15 and Maggie 6. We have a crazy good time and I need to stay healthy for them.

    Cindy you are fine, you joined the Crystal Tigers and your first weigh in is due on June 5th. There will be a thread for that. There is an introduction thread on the Team Page. If you go to account settings then Community then Teams you will see the team listed there you can click on show or Sparkpage, then you can access the team from your page. We have a Decorating Challenge going on, to show team spirit. On the All Teams there’s a pre Challenge that is optional you can join. The Inter Team Challenges will be posted weekly on your team page usually on the weekend. The Challenge week goes from Wednesday through Tuesday. There also is a question and answer thread on the team page, or just ask in the team chat.
