    thanks for the comment on my blog, i appreciate your input, but the comment about dr. laura, just stop, oh if only it was that easy.
    if it was, there would be no billion dollar weight loss supplement/diet pill industry, there would be no need for weight loss counseling, surgery, and no need for spark people.
    it is never that black and white.
    maybe for some, but with addiction, it goes much deeper.
    it is never about the taste of the food, it is psychological and needs to be addressed as such.
