Me, myself and I are here. Let the healthing begin now, as there are places on this body that me, myself and I are no longer able to reach. OK, I'm ready to get back in the game. Used Hurricane Irma as an excuse long enough. Paleo, watch out, here I come....again. And again, and again, and again. As long as it takes, I'm all in!! "Don't look back, you're not going that way."

My Goals:
To lose weight ( for the obvious reason). To build muscle (want to get back to where I was before). To not be in pain (many have said the pain will be lessened if I lose weight). To be strong (I like the feeling that I can take care of myself and loved ones in ANY situation). To learn things (lots to learn, first and foremost...how to cook!! also a lot of book type learning: Paleo, resistance brand workouts, exercise hacks, ECT). To like myself agai (no explanation necessary). To accomplish something/to finish something to completion (it will take over a year to reach my weight goals. I will finish this to the very end!!).

My Program:
I chose Paleo. It made a lot of sense to me and I can see myself doing it for the rest of my days. Besides, I could use a new skill. I've never cooked anything in 50 years. Now I'm learning how to cook. It's a good thing. I love learning new things. I only wish that my ability to learn how to cook was not intimately related to whether I eat or not. No cooking or bad cooking = no food to eat that day. That's pretty good motivation!!

Personal Information:
In case of emergency break glass!

Other Information:
I have two - four legged kids. My dogs are my life. I love them to death. I will always, at the very least, one dog, preferably two dogs in my life at all times. One of the hardest losses I have ever experienced is that of one of my dogs. To me, I'm losing one of my kids, a child. I wouldn't wish that agony and heartbreak on my worst enemy. However, I believe that the love, happiness and spontaneity dogs bring into one's life and home...is totally worth it!!
