Hello from Kansas. I am Cathy Miller and I am giving SparkPeople another try. I am hoping to shed 25 pounds, 5 of which I have gained since the onset of the COVID madness. Hello from Kansas. I am Cathy Miller and I am giving SparkPeople another try. I am hoping to shed 25 pounds, 5 of which I have gained since the onset of the COVID madness. I am wanting to get back to eating healthy rather than moping around eating junk food. I have a doctorate degree in curriculum and instruction. I have one daughter who is a Junior at Kansas State University, one daughter who is a first-year grad student at George Washington University, one daughter who is in the dissertation phase of her doctoral program in Political Science at the University of Missouri Saint Louis, and my oldest daughter is director of sales/event planner and manager of Willow Creek Venue. I am owned by a one-year-old Harlequin Great Dane and 3 cats. I love to garden, exercise, play guitar, and cook. I am looking forward to making progress with my weight loss using the tools that are available through SparkPeople!
