thank you for the welcome - I am so frustrated and open to suggestions - I've tried so many programs - earlier tried the "healthy flat belly" which is balanced eating.. did everything right.. no weight loss... decided to go back to low carbs.. but want to eat healthy and not high fat like the old low carb programs.. my problem - I LOVE CARBS... so please send me suggestions on what you eat as snack.. is air popped popcorn.. unhealthy or acceptable... do you cut all carbs out at night?? what is working for everyone else?? thanx for input 3898 days ago
