Introduction Text hi my name is carolyn tinch.I am 5 feet tall and need to lose 70 pounds.I am older and have some medical problems.I have never been able to lose weight and so the pounds come.I live in a small town in Tenn.named Monterey.Last year I had my gall bladder removed and since then the pounds have stayed.I also take medicine for fibermyalgawhich makes you gain weight.

would like to lose 70 pounds walk 2 mile in40 min exercise more at night while i watch tv My new goals for the holidays are just to be able to stay the same weight.I would of corse like to lose,but for me through the holidays that would be hard. Continue with my exercise program

Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals. i am going to practice good eating habits. i am going to walk every day and work on increaseing my speed. Work with bands or weights while watching tv.
