1. I want to be a size 12 again so I can purchase clothes that look good instead of tents. This will give me confidence in myself.

2. I want to be fit so I don't puff and pant going up the stairs, or up the driveway.

3. I want to look fit and fantastic - and feel it!

4. I want to be around for my grandkids - I want the energy to play with them and really get to know them when they come along

5. I want to be able to get into my spa with guests rather than making up excuses because I don't have a swimsuit that fits.

6. I want to be able to go to the beach and not feel embarassed because I look 9 months pregnant at the age of 45.

7. I want to be able to buy that top thats on special for $10 rather than having to spend a minimum of $60 per top.

8. I want to feel good about myself and not be exhausted at the end of the work day.

9. I want to know at the end of the day that my body has been given the right foods because I feel good.

10. And MOSTLY I want to be able to think, to remember, to study and learn without feeling like a complete idiot when I forget everything 2 minutes after reading it!!

    Hey --haven't heard from you in quite some time...how are you enjoying life? Did you make it through the hot times ok..or are all days pretty hot in Australia..? I have been doing great..ran four races so far..my biggest is a 5k..but I plan on running in 10k's and a 1/2marathon in Nov..and possibly again in Dec...I haven't tried a bike race yet but this next month I might try a 30mile race..just to see how it is...all the men are going to go 66 miles..so I might be the only male to go just 30miles with all the ladies..be funny if they all beat me..oh well it's just for fun anyway...I have been loosing slowly..soon will be under 200lbs..I hope to by the end of the school yr..I have to stay after it really hard though..take it easy..and be nice to those koalas..I love them and Kangaroos..Rico emoticon

    I went to the doctor today and she wants to put me on a low carb diet. I didn't think that was so bad, but the more I think about it I'm worried I won't be able to do it. I really should just follow my own advice and take it one day at a time, one meal at a time, baby steps. Let's just see what happens. I can only do the best I can.
