1. I want to be a size 12 again so I can purchase clothes that look good instead of tents. This will give me confidence in myself.

2. I want to be fit so I don't puff and pant going up the stairs, or up the driveway.

3. I want to look fit and fantastic - and feel it!

4. I want to be around for my grandkids - I want the energy to play with them and really get to know them when they come along

5. I want to be able to get into my spa with guests rather than making up excuses because I don't have a swimsuit that fits.

6. I want to be able to go to the beach and not feel embarassed because I look 9 months pregnant at the age of 45.

7. I want to be able to buy that top thats on special for $10 rather than having to spend a minimum of $60 per top.

8. I want to feel good about myself and not be exhausted at the end of the work day.

9. I want to know at the end of the day that my body has been given the right foods because I feel good.

10. And MOSTLY I want to be able to think, to remember, to study and learn without feeling like a complete idiot when I forget everything 2 minutes after reading it!!

    Hi CK, I have been watching the tv and it is so heart wrenching. It is ironic that the top end of Qld is inundated with water and the bottom of the country is ravaged by fire. I hope those responsible for he fires are brought to answer for their deeds.
    I am in Labrador on the Gold Coast and we are also experiencing high humidity and even though temps are around the 30s the high humidity is just unbearable. we thought we would get some showers but nothing doing.
    Still, it is nothing when we see what else is around us.
    I am worried about Juleen in Flowerdale so hope that she is ok.

    Haven't heard from you in ages. How are you coping with the heatwaves? I feel so bad for the people in Victoria. The devastation is terrible and hard to comprehend.

    Yes, I have been having problems keeping track of my steps this week. Mostly because I didn't add the hour each day it takes to cover my plants as we had a chilly week with frost.

    And I haven't walked as much outdoors as I did last week especially at night because I am a wuz and hate the cold and windy weather. I still have to get a pedometer too! But I am walking twice as much as I did in December but it doesn't come up to 10,000 steps each day yet.

    This time I slowed down not to just look at the cute new pictures but to read more about what's been going on with you....Hey I'm here for you and you know we can beat this thing we just have to keep on keeping on, and doing what we have already proved to ouselves over and over again that works...for me it has become jogging, I have learned to motivate myself to loose more wt. by finding new avenues to explore, and to find more ppl. out there who are going through what we are all going through....I want you to feel good about you...to enjoy every day and every hr. of that day...let's do this together and enjoy the road ahead wether rocky or smooth we can over come anything along the way......see you soon...rico.. emoticon emoticon emoticon
