Introduction Text Active in Bird Watching and Conservation in NW Florida. Currently, I am President of the local Audubon chapter. I have lost 40lbs. so far with Spark People and I am learning tons about nutrition and eating habits. The Spark People Cookbook has very helpful in meal preparation. One problem I have is my work has me traveling two or three nights a week. Sometimes it has been tough to plan a meal ahead but I am making it a priority along with selecting hotels with work-out rooms.

My weight goal is 220 lbs. Just 30 more to go. I have learned so much about nutrition, portions, and excercise habitats. Thus far, I am very pleased with my results.



I must admit, I am a bird feeder watcher! The Hummers have gone but the winter birds are starting to show up. My bird seed bill goes up but hey, "Life is Good"!
