    Welcome and good luck on your journey. I am also a junk food junkie. The only thing that stops me is to not buy it and keep it in the house...If it's here I will eventually get to it. I have to get most of my junk at the health food store because I'm vegan...So if I don't buy it during the day then I can't really make a junk food run in the evenings...That helps alot.

    SparkPeople has been a tremendous resource for me in my weight loss journey. The people here are supportive, encouraging and nonjudgmental. The trick for me has been the Food Tracker. I really need that to see just what exactly I'm eating every day. It helps to keep me "on track." I hate to see those numbers skyrocket if I make a poor food choice! I hope SparkPeople works as well for you as it has for me. I love this place!
