3 days of dragging logs, splitting logs and stacking. Lots of sweat but sure is nice to have this done! Should last the winter 😁 Only saw two snakes 🐍. One was thrown into the fire and the other stuck his tongue out at me and slithered off towards the field. I let him go. 😬
We move travel trailers for people around the country and occasionally we get a sweet treat. A guy wanted his trailer that had been flooded in Harvey hauled to the dump. We asked what he wanted for it and he gave it to us full of lots of usable stuff just to move it out of the park he was in. This is some of the weights. When I get back from my 5000 mile trip I’m starting a new weight training program 🏋️♂️😁
My very favorite activity!! Chopping wood for the campfire!!

Thanks for the comment on my blog. I"m glad you thought it was hilarious. I wasn't sure if people would get all bent out of shape about it. You saw it as I intended it to be read. Thank you !!! hugs c 262 days ago
Thanks for your affirming comment on my blog. I'm glad (selfishly) that I'm not alone in my struggles. I think part of the problem is being cooped up in the house for 7 weeks. I have deliberately not been buying treats or snacks or baking anything...and I STILL manage to overeat!! And I haven't gone up or down any steps since the lockdown began! I could be in for a bad surprise when I try to navigate my 6 steps down from my deck!
Yes, we need to keep in touch and not let the other one slip through the cracks. 269 days ago
