Diana we have to be kind to ourselves at this time! I too am going to try to read the 100 days book as I think its all about maintaining the lifestyle and weight loss. I have read the first 20 days and tried to keep going with the challenges but unfortunately other things got in the way. With this great school holiday I plan to return to reading the rest over the next few days! love and best wishes Donna x 2216 days ago

Hi Diana! I'm glad my goodie made you smile! I'm happy to see you are feeling better...I love the sound of your butternut squash soup - the only thing is I would have to eliminate the coriander from it... I'm allergic to coriander. But I so love butternut squash soup. A friend made some for us last week for Thanksgiving here in the States; it was so delicious! And I think your starting your 100 days on January 1 is a great idea... also gives you a chance to start getting your mind in gear for it. Have a wonderful weekend! Karen 2234 days ago

Hello Di. That is such a nice picture of you on your Spark page. I really don't do anything special with my quilts. I'd love to have a longarm, but since I don't, I just make do with my undulating stitch. I'm not good enough to free motion on my domestic machine. I have nothing but the greatest awe and respect for those that can do it! I've loaded up most of my family with quilts and quilty stuff, so now I sew mostly for charity. Heaven knows, there are a lot of folks that can use the "warmth". I do thank you for your nice comments. It's nice to be appreciated!...... I'm not sure what tapestry is. Embroidery??
