    I'm sorry about your loss! I was right there with you. I had a sad mopy week too! But our life clocks are still ticking. I'm just getting back on the SP wagon too. Stop by workouts anytime and ask me anything you want to or need to. I really like the SP videos they have in the bootcamp. I have bad knees so I just don't do day one unless I am feeling really good. All the other days are fine. They are good and you can repeat them if you want antil you've had enough. I do day 3,4,6 & 7 all in the same day! That hits about every muscle too!:)) emoticon
