Introduction Text Seems that I have finally found the right combination of diet and exercise.... finally! The scale has been consistently moving downward for the past few months... even weeks of business travel, trips home and celebrations, I have managed to navigate the temptations and continue without falling off the wagon... something that I haven't been able to master in the past. I have joined WW countless times over the past decade and this is the first time that I stuck with it long enough to drop my 10% and then some. It's such a great feeling of accomplishment and I am finally proud of me!

Get healthy - I am not so focused on a number on the scale as I am on being able to do the things I want to without getting tired. Being able to shop again for more than just shoes (cause they always fit).

Walk the dog - 2x day Go to the gym over lunch everday Boot camp on Saturday morning Personal training sessions on Tuesday and Thursday Following the Weight Watchers eating plan and counting my points.
