I'm 50 yrs old and I work full time. It's time to focus on me. I feel pretty good for being 50 but those little aches and pains are starting to show up. I want to be ahead of the game and get in better shape. I'd like to lose about 75 lbs. My husband and I have busy schedules which doesn't make things easy but it's no excuse either. I'm learning to develop a healthier lifestyle and I love looking for recipes and trying new things.

to reduce my blood pressure, heart rate and cholesterol while losing 75 lbs
My Program:
I plan on going to the gym at least 3 times a week and meet a daily step goal of 8000 steps. I will also plan on planning my meals ahead of time so I stay in control.

My daughter is getting married in November of 2017. I'm not comfortable wearing dresses but it's her day and she wants me to walk her down the aisle. I want to look as good as I can. It's helping to keep me on track.
