    Hi Sadaf,

You are still doing really good with your weight loss. You have to be feeling proud of yourself. I am proud for you.

I have posted this video "Dr. Bergs' Interview with Dr. Jason Fung on Intermittent Fasting & Weight Loss" in "Links to Articles" on both teams " Keto - Intermittent Fasting & Dr. Berg's Videos" and " Intermittent Fasting". I thought you might like to watch it when you have an extra 45 minutes sometime. I learn a lot for these 2 guys especially Dr. Fung. Stuff you probably already know but it is fascinating to me. I would be interested what you think about their discussion.

I just completed a 48 hour fast and I felt good the whole time. I was hungry but not starving.

    emoticon SADAF,

I know you are a very busy lady but I wanted to make you aware of a video I found and shared on the "Let's just talk" thread.

I have been on a quest to solve the answers to why and how to fix the Stalling problem. When you have about 15 minutes you may want to watch it and tell me what you think. The name of it is "Stalled Weight Loss Despite Intermittent Fasting". I think you and I are having the same problem.

Thank you Sadaf for sweet comments on my blog "What are your visualizations on your weight?"

1lb might not sound like much, but 1lb a week is 52lbs a year, and that IS a lot.
