I have started and not finished too many times to count. I am not happy with the way I look, the way I look in photos, how winded I get from walking/hiking or much else. BUT I can't/won't quit.

I am a mom to 3, Ilan, ds graduated 5/17from San Diego State, Jacob, is a at UC San Diego but home for a year to regroup, and Hannah just finished her freshman year at the University of Redlands . I have been married to Doug for 26 yrs.

We were raising a puppy for Guide Dogs of America. His name is Yofi and he is 15 months old.
I love to quilt. But I also work full time as a Chemistry teacher. (4/30/19)

are to get fit and feel better about myself.
Be at goal weight by my 55th birthday, 9/18/20.
Be healthy and not be a diabetic.
My Program:
for the moment is to follow a lower carb diabetic diet.
I want to walk 3 days/wk. I want to run and train for a 5K 3 days/wk. I also want to work out on the Wii at least 2 days/week. That includes Wii Fit Plus, Walk It Out, Sport Resort, DDR, Zumba and/or Outdoor Challenge.

Hope you and yours are safe! The pictures we're seeing on TV are scary. Good luck with doing the recumbent bike. It really works those leg muscles.
