I'm 31 and done being unhealthy.

This is it, no more.

I've tried before and I always fail because I get lazy and don't follow through.

I'm not getting any younger and I have ideas about who I want to be....

My Goals:
I will look in the mirror and be satisfied with what I look like.

I will jog without feeling like I'm going to die.

I will feel good about myself for the first time in a long time.

My Program:
 I work full time and go to school nights.
(to be a pastry chef, go figure)

I'm looking at doing cardio 4 times a week and resistance 3 times.

I think I can I think I can I think I can.

I'm from western MA.
