Introduction Text Being overweight and unhappy because of it has been a constant theme throughout my adult life. I'm finally starting to see the negative health consequences and it has made me look at things differently. It's do or die at this point and in the words of Jay Z, "I will not lose".

180 pounds by 5/31/12

I sneak in walks during the workday. Currently kicking the elliptical's ass at the gym! Learning to love running. Weights are new to me, but I'm trying to add them to every workout.

The original wild child. Don't take too many things seriously.
