Introduction Text After ignoring my weight for a while, I've decided to get in better shape. I work as a family physician in a small town and feel hypocritical telling others to lose weight while I've ignored my own. After only a few months of being a member on SparkPeople, I achieved a 45 pound weight loss! I then maintained that for most of the past year. After regaining about 10 pounds around the holidays, I am now recommitting myself to losing weight. Using the features on this site (particularly the nutrition tracker) has been extremely valuable for me (as long as I do them - drinking water seems the hardest one for me on the days I don't exercise). I've referred several members who have seen my successes. Thanks SparkPeople!
