My name Ellrina Breedt. I live in South Africa. I am a female. My home language is Afrikaans. I work full time as a bookkeeper. I am married to Gys. One son Ruaan, whom is married to Debbie. No grandchildren. I weigh 218.3 lbs or 99kg. I would like to loose 50 lbs 23.5kg. I started SP 12.06.2007.
12.06.08 - lost 15lbs.
On weekends I work on a Quick Build team that builds Kingdom Halls and we build wooden frames and I do wall tiling at the construction site.

My Goals:
Feel healthier. Have more energy. Bring blood preassure down. Stcik to eating plan to lower dibeetes, and stop medication. Have less allergies. Stress levels down. Keep weight down.
All this will make me happier.

My Program:
 Calories counted and controlled.
Do more exercise of any sort.
drink more water om weekends.
Got to walk more
Stay Positive

    Please accept my deepest sympathies on the loss of your father. I know how hard it is to say good-bye to people we love and respect, even when we have the resurrection hope! Your father will waken in Paradise...as if it were only a moment he was sleeping in death. I pray that Jehovah will hold you close during this difficult time...and that the friends will gather round to support you and your family.
