Introduction Text My name is Elizabeth or Liz. In March 2019, I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. The year included clinical trials, Chemotherapy and finally surgery. New Years Eve brought the news I was cancer free. January 2020 brought radiation and just as things started to reach a new normal... Enter Corona to take too many family members lives and give enforced lock downs. Nine months of no visits with my 92 we were finally able to move her for her 93rd birthday on November 1, but lost her on my December 14 birthday. Cancer took her from us after years of remission. Thankfully she was called to Heaven before she had too much time to suffer. 2021 will be a year without many of our loved ones but hopefully a year of vaccines that work and ways to find another new normal. Hoping you enjoy a blessed Christmas season and the Lord brings us a Happy New Year.

I would like to learn and incorporate healthy eating for cancer warriors and to reintroduce exercise including cardio and strength training.

I am tracking food, exercise, and relaxation time. I track nutrition in Spark while tracking WW points.

I live in Pasadena, Texas. My wonderful husband of 41 years gave me 3 step children who have blessed us with 5 grandchildren. We have 5 great grand sons. I am a Community College Financial Aid Officer.

I am a musician (viola and piano).
