Introduction Text 2nd time around. Lost 70 pounds in 2011, kept it of in 2012/2013. Then I let life get in the way, using a knee injury and then a great deal of ex-husband custody battle stress derail everything for the next 18 months. So here I am again, needing to re-lose 50 of the original 70 pounds and get back into shape.

I AM maintaining a healthy weight. I AM stronger & faster & more physically fit. I AM a Black Belt. I DO incorporate everything I have learned into a sustainable lifestyle.
