    Thanks for stopping by my blog yesterday and leaving your encouragement. It worked! I actually lost another pound! I just filled my plate with all the good stuff and left no room for the "oh, I really shouldn't" items. :)

    Hi Cat,

    Thanks for your note. I'm with on you on the less processed food vs diet food debate. Diet food is a little creepy. Especially diet sodas.

    The only diet item DH and I buy is that handy box of protein bars. for those days when we're running out the door and just need to fill up quickly.
