    Hello, The digest diet is wonderful. I read that you recently hurt yourself after getting the book. Don't let that deter you from starting the diet.
    I began the diet at the beginning of September and have lost nearly 10 pounds. The combination of no refined carbs and sugar (no alcohol) along with low sodium are the keys to weight lose for me.
    I am still following the diet however, not strictly. Right now I usually have an oatmeal cookie (recipe is in the book) for breakfast when I get to work around 8:30 with a peice of fruit. Then lunch is at 11, eat one of the snacks outlined in phase two of the diet. For example, today I had celery stalks with cream cheese, tomato and oregano. (recipe is also in the book). Tomorrow I plan on pepper strips with ricotta cheese. Between jobs 3:00, I have a shake. Then dinner is between 6-7:00, I have a fresh vegetable and lean protein.
    I would like to lose between 3-5 more pounds.
    Let me know if you need any more advice, I just love the diet!
