Introduction Text 🌸I want to live each day of my life and not just live a longer life. My body is my life long friend. There is a no exchange no return policy on this body of mine. My body and I can work together as friends or fight against each other as enemies. When I do all I can to live a healthy lifestyle I am fulfilling my own unique mission in life. If I willfully do anything to harm my health I am lessening my ability to bless and serve others. I will do all I can to take care of my body and leave the rest up to God.🌸 🌺no matter what the future brings, a healthy lifestyle will make it better.🌺 🌻I excercise because I love my body. Excercise is a celebration of what my body can do, and not a punishment of what I ate. Excercise is a stress reliever. I don't excercise as a punishment for over eating, but because my body feels better after I do.🌻 👵🏻 Don't let the old lady in.👵🏻 👵🏻 Your genetics loads the gun, but your lifestyle pulls the trigger. 👵🏻 We inherit our body shapes from our ancestors and relatives; not only from our genes, but from their recipes and lifestyles.👵🏻

Keep within calorie range, low carbs, eight or more glasses of water. Go for a walk each day.

I live in Tremonton, Utah. I am happily married, I have four children and 13 grandchildren.
