Introduction Text I am 29 years old and still fat lol.. I work full-time and go to school through a Adult Education Accelerated Program. After November 29th, I will have my evenings back to myself. I will be done with school. I am single, which is a good thing, because I can focus on school and keep my GPA up. I have no kids, so there should be no excuse why I can't get my exercise in. Its 2010 and time for some serious changes. No More Excuses

My goal is to lost at least 6 lbs a month, naturally w/o any magical diet pill or surgery. I want to be 170 by my 30th birthday in June. Vegas here I come. Also, I want to hear my doctor tell me I am no longer a diabetic. My sugar levels went sky high and I have been put on medication. I just want to get my doctor off my back about losing weight.

I have written all dvds, vhs, Wii games, and workout activies down on individual pieces of paper. Whatever I pull out the bag, its what I am doing. No Excuses

If you fail to plan, you can plan to fail. I think this is key to weight lost, especially when it comes to meals.
